R for Health Equity

Welcome to R for Health Equity.

I'm Aidan, a doctor based in Aotearoa NZ with an interest in public health medicine and equity.

At the heart of the website is Exercises for R in public health. These exercises are designed for public health professionals who want to practice their skills in the R programming language whilst using public health-relevant data and scenarios. They assume some basic knowledge of R programming, so if you're completely new to it then I recommend heading to Resources, where I've put Youtube tutorials that I used to learn the basics.
